CROM Acquires MSOURCE, a Mid-size European Clinical Research Organisation (CRO) Specializing in Staffing Solutions and Medical Device Trials, Creating CROMSOURCE

VERONA, Italy, April 18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — On April 15th 2011, CROM,
an established, full-service CRO headquartered in Verona (Italy), acquired
MSOURCE, creating CROMSOURCE, a new CRO offering complete international
coverage and a full range of clinical research services and staffing
solutions.

After the excellent performance and the dramatic growth achieved in the
last years, this acquisition is a further fundamental step in the CROM
strategy to strengthen its position at an international level.

CROMSOURCE combines the capabilities and expertise of both MSOURCE and
CROM and builds on the highly established infrastructure of CROM. Providing
full international coverage, CROMSOURCE can now offer you an even greater
level of experience and expertise in clinical operations in the field of
pharmaceutical drug development and medical devices.

MSOURCE complements the CROM clinical research service portfolio by
adding its well established clinical resourcing experience. Over recent
years, the required complexity of drug and medical device development has
increased, meaning that a full range of innovative and flexible development

CROMSOURCE will be led by Chief Executive Officer Oriana Zerbini, MD, the
founder and owner of CROM. Frank van de Wijngaert, the former CEO of MSOURCE
