The acquisition will provide FleetPride a more diverse customer base, enhanced sales opportunities and an additional location to serve the needs of the heavy-duty parts industry in the Denver, Colorado marketplace.

Interstate Turbo Supply was founded in 1968 by Clenten Miles. His son, Dan Miles, assumed the role of president upon his retirement in 1977. Dan will remain with the company and employment offers were extended to all operational employees.
