Advanced Chemical Transport Inc., Completes Purchase Agreement for a Fully Permitted Part B Treatment Storage and Disposal Facility (TSDF) and Expands Into Southwest

SUNNYVALE, Calif., Aug. 26, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — Advanced Chemical Transport Inc. (ACT) of California has entered into a purchase agreement with Rinchem Inc of New Mexico to acquire its environmental services operations. Upon closure of this acquisition ACT will gain full access to its own fully permitted TSDF in New Mexico as well as 3 other facilities in the Southwest and Mexico. The divestiture will allow Rinchem Inc to focus on its primary business line of premier chemical handling solutions. ACT will use its specialized Hazardous Waste expertise to grow the existing Rinchem environmental service operations.
