(WOTI), a leading technical solutions provider for the intelligence community, announced it has appointed Michael Fox Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President for Corporate Business Development. As a key member of WOTI’s executive management team, Fox will use his extensive industry experience and leadership skills to guide WOTI’s continued growth in the federal government marketplace.

WOTI, which specializes in identity resolution, cyber security and data analytics, was founded in 1996. In November 2010, Arlington Capital Partners invested in the firm through a portfolio company, Data Technologies & Analytics LLC (DTA). DTA is focused on addressing the country’s most pressing national security needs by utilizing organic and acquisition-based growth to deliver technology-rich software and IT services to the intelligence community.

Fox joins WOTI from Attain LLC, where he held a similar position. Prior to Attain, Fox spent more than two decades at SRA International Inc. There, he managed a centralized marketing and sales organization that provided full lifecycle business development and capture support to SRA’s civil, national security and global health sectors. As the head of SRA’s corporate strategic development, he was also responsible for leading the firm’s strategic planning initiatives; spotting future technology and market trends; devising marketing strategies and campaigns; identifying and integrating potential M&A targets; and leading the company’s largest and most significant capture efforts.

Fox holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics from the University of Rochester and an MBA from Northeastern University‘s High Technology Program.
