The transaction closed effective February 1, 2018.

Western Risk is a P&C insurance broker located in Las Vegas that primarily serves clients in Nevada and Arizona. It offers expertise in commercial habitational risk as well as generalist P&C capabilities. Carrol Noonan, founder of Western Risk, will be retiring while Principal Francie Stocking will join NFP’s Southwest region as a senior vice president. Stocking will be reporting to Ed Kurowski, the regional president of P&C in the Southwest.
