EUREKA, Calif., June 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — The California Redwood Company announces today that it has completed the acquisition of the assets of Siskiyou Lumber Products, a California-based company specializing in remanufacturing and wholesale lumber distribution.

Siskiyou‘s Woodland, California, operations and its Ukiah, California, fence plant will now operate as part of The California Redwood Company, distributing redwood lumber products, Douglas-fir lumber and treated lumber.
