The former Century Homes Realty office, located at 26-02 Broadway, will now be the second Coldwell Banker Garden State office. Coldwell Banker Garden State now has more than 40 independent sales associates serving Bergen County.

Century Homes Realty has served the Fair Lawn area for 12 years, under the former owners Shella Redensky and Luba Kugel, who will continue in a broker sales capacity with Coldwell Banker Garden State.
