VERTESS represented Metro-Med, Inc., a Burbank, CA-based specialty provider of respiratory equipment and related services in an acquisition by Good Night Medical, LLC, a Cleveland, OH-based durable medical equipment (DME) company with additional operations in Arkansas, Texas, and Massachusetts. VERTESS also represented Integrity Medical, Inc., a Savannah, GA-based provider of complex rehabilitation technology (CRT), in an acquisition by National Seating & Mobility, Inc., a national, Franklin, TN-based leader in the CRT marketplace.

Acumen is being integrated into TEAM RMS, Inc., a San Francisco, CA-based company offering similar services in the private sector.
