The company will operate under the banner of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, which is part of NRT LLC, the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company.

The company, which serves homebuyers and sellers in Branford, Guilford, and the surrounding Shoreline communities in New Haven County, was long established locally before becoming a Weichert franchisee in 2005. Its office has been operating in the same Branford location, 707 Main St., since 1972.

As part of the acquisition of the assets of Beazley-Branford LLC, the company’s:

• broker owner Charles Conti will affiliate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage
• 24 affiliated sales professionals will have the opportunity to affiliate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage
• single sales office will be integrated into the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office located at 1064 Main St. in Branford
