ST. LOUIS, Sept. 6, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — ONICON Incorporated, a Harbour Group company, has acquired Fox Thermal Instruments, Inc., Jeff Fox, Harbour Group’s chairman and chief executive officer, announced today. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

For over 20 years, Fox Thermal Instruments has developed and manufactured thermal mass flow meters for the energy, water, wastewater, and other industrial end markets throughout North America. The company, which has no previous connection to Harbour Group, is dedicated to serving the evolving needs of the industry with highly engineered product and dedicated customer service. The business is run by its founder, Brad Lesko, and is headquartered in Monterey, California.
