Mr. Lavely has over 20 years of investment banking experience. Prior to joining Quarton, Mr. Lavely worked at Greene Holcomb Fisher (“GHF”) where he was the firm’s first employee. During his tenure at GHF, Mr. Lavely was a member of the team responsible for growing the firm to four locations and over 35 bankers. Mr. Lavely was also responsible for deal sourcing and deal execution and led GHF’s private equity coverage effort for six years. Prior to GHF, Mr. Lavely worked at Piper Jaffray for three years. Mr. Lavely received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Kansas and is a licensed securities representative, holding his Series 7, 63 and 79 registrations.
