Through this relationship, HOMEADVISOR professionals, who are the customers of PPG Paints, gain opportunities to easily reach high-quality consumers. This, in turn, will help the professionals expand their businesses.
PPG Paints professional customers will reap a number of benefits after joining HomeAdvisor’s exclusive network. They not only get access to those customers who are project-ready but are also able to view project details and scope. Moreover, they receive the rights to use MHELPDESK field management software, and Instant Booking, the HomeAdvisor on-demand scheduling tool that allows homeowners to immediately schedule appointments with pre-screened home-improvement professionals through a computer or mobile device.
The HomeAdvisor relationship allows the current or former PPG Paints professional customers to receive a discount for the first 30 days of their HomeAdvisor membership, along with an 8% rebate on all paid leads. The PPG Paints brand will be featured on the HomeAdvisor’s online portal for all paint searches. Additionally, the brand will display other information on the content pages of the site like True Cost Guide, a free resource that allows homeowners to view project costs in their area; and ProReviews, a service providing a directory of pre-screened home-improvement and -repair professionals in specified areas.
The PPG Paints brand and national store network provide exceptional paint, expertise and supplies to painting contractors across all industry segments. The brand also has a wide product line and caters to the individual needs of customers including timely delivery and state-of-the-art color matching through PPG’s “The Voice of Color” platform.
PPG Industries’ shares fell nearly 2% to close at $98.24 last Thursday.
