LST Marketing Continues Growth with Acquisition of GRand Solutions

New subsidiary expands communications, PR and social media services

INDIANAPOLIS, Dec. 17, 2015 /PRNewswire-iReach/ — LST Marketing, LLC has purchased a stake in GRand Solutions LLC (GRand), forming a public relations and communications business subsidiary of LST Marketing (LST).

This expansion will enhance LST’s capability to provide communications services, public relations and social media strategy for its clients, as well as provide experiential marketing, event production and creative services on behalf of the existing clients of GRand.

The acquisition of GRand marks LST Marketing’s second major acquisition in 2016. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Veteran sports executives Gene Cottingham and Ruthie Forbes formed GRand in late 2010 in Indianapolis. The company has enjoyed tremendous growth through work in top-level professional motorsports with sanctioning bodies, manufacturers, event promoters, teams and drivers and also in other professional sports and entertainment properties.
