Outsourcing Certification Provider IAOP Joins RCCSP Professional Education Alliance

CHICAGO, June 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — Two professional certification bodies, the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) for outsourcing management and the RCCSP Professional Education Alliance for contact center management, have partnered to service the certification needs of domestic and global contact center outsourcing services buyers and providers.

IAOP’s Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP) designation is a significant addition to the RCCSP Alliance’s comprehensive portfolio of certifications for call center industry management professionals. IAOP’s COP Master Class specifically addresses outsourcing topics, skills, and knowledge that impact the global call center outsourcing profession.
