NEW YORK, Aug. 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — Divatex Home Fashions Inc and DWI Inc, wholly owned subsidiaries of the Himatsingka Group, stand merged with effect from 1st August 2015. The merged entity will be called Himatsingka America Inc.

Himatsingka America Inc will continue to have its corporate headquarters in New York and its warehousing and distribution center in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
