KURRANT MOBILE CATERING, INC. ANNOUNCES THE SIGNING OF A $10M EQUITY FUNDING FACILITY WITH CENTURION PRIVATE EQUITY, LLC

MONTREAL, June 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ – Kurrant Mobile Catering, Inc. (OTCBB: KRMC.OB) dba Cogito Media Group (“Cogito”) today announced the signing of a
$10,000,000 Equity Funding Facility with Centurion Private Equity, LLC
(“Centurion”).

Centurion has committed to purchase for cash consideration, subject to
certain conditions and limitations described in the agreement,
including limitations based upon the price and trading volume of
Cogito’s common stock, up to an aggregate of $10,000,000 of Cogito’s
common stock over the next 36 months. Under the Equity Funding
Facility, Cogito may, at its discretion, periodically sell to Centurion
shares of Cogito’s common stock at a price based upon a discount to the
market price (as defined in the agreement) of Cogito’s common stock.

Mr. Pierre Turgeon, CEO of Cogito, commented: “This investment will
