Ryland Group Inc. RYL recently unveiled a new model home, Vanderbilt, in the gated community of ManorView, Milton City, Atlanta, GA.
The Vanderbilt model home features a spacious two-storey home that accommodates five bedrooms, four bathrooms, gourmet kitchen with a big island and breakfast nook, two-storey family room, fireplace, formal dining room and study, a master suite with large closets and a luxurious bathroom. Homebuyers may also opt for a finished basement.
Homebuyers at the ManorView community can choose from seven-floor plans and various layouts. Prices of the ManorView homes range between $600,000 and $700,000. The community also offers facilities like indoor and outdoor tennis courts, swimming pools, sports complex, ball fields and country club lifestyle. Residents also enjoy easy access to reputed schools, Fowler Park, Big Creek Greenway and Birmingham Park.
All Ryland homes feature the HouseWorks program, which includes energy-efficient features like HVAC systems with Puron and more.
The Ryland Group has made quite a few headlines recently. In mid-Jun 2015, the company signed a definitive merger agreement with California-based homebuilder Standard Pacific Corp. SPF to create the fourth-largest homebuilding company with a market capitalization of about $5.2 billion.
Consolidation of the two homebuilding companies is expected to close by early fall 2015, subject to the necessary approvals and regulations. The company will enjoy extensive geographic and product diversification, with operations spread across 41 markets in 17 states.
Ryland currently carries a Zacks Rank #2 (Buy).
