The new Storage Post location includes 100,650 square feet with 957 storage units. On site is a four-story building with 74,525 square feet of storage space and a cellar, as well as a single-story building with 26,125 square feet of retail space. It is ideal for business customers seeking climate-controlled storage, individual unit door alarms, motion-activated lighting, interior loading areas and free Wi-Fi.

The Ozone Park store is a premium facility that benefits from brand recognition within the neighborhood and high-traffic retail at the front of the property. It is one of 28 acquisitions Storage Post has made since 2012, part of a growth strategy that includes both single property and portfolio transactions. The company is expected to continue adding properties during the next year through acquisitions, ground-up development and select management contracts.
