The acquisition closed on January 7, 2015.

Kyuka Waters Inc. (Kyuka) is a bottled water producer and distributor, using its own local spring and bottling plant. The Company’s spring water is pumped directly to the Company’s plant by two vertical turbine pumps. The facility also has in place a filler line which allows it to load tanker trucks with water for offsite production.
