Recently, Lennar Corporation LEN unveiled luxury resort style homes, The Golf Villas at a community called The Vistas in Orlando, FL. Located in ChampionsGate Golf Club, The Vistas is a short term rental vacation home community with 17 home sites.
Priced from high $200s, homebuyers at The Vistas will be offered two and three story homes. While its Ashbury floor plan features three bedrooms, two and a half baths, the Driffield floor plan features six bedrooms and five bathrooms.
Homebuyers at The Vistas will enjoy easy access to two premier 18-hole Greg Norman-designed golf courses, the Oasis clubhouse and an exclusive amenity center. All the Golf Villa homes feature a full kitchen, garage and a vacation rental program.
The Vistas caters to the increasing demand for rental vacation homes. The tenants prefer all the comforts of a home with several other luxury features like resort style pools, water slides and full service restaurants.
With the spring selling season gaining traction, homebuilders are increasing their offerings of new homes. Last week, another homebuilder, Ryland Group Inc. RYL unveiled decorated model homes at a master planned community called The Meadows in Castle Rock, CO. Homebuyers at The Meadows can choose their floor plans from two designer collections, Patio Villas and Reflections Patio Homes. Homes built under the Reflections Patio collection are priced from $420s. Patio Villas homes are priced from $360s.
