(TSX:TVK) announced today the successful completion of its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Signature Truck Systems, Inc. and Lakeshore Metal Works, Inc. (collectively, “Signature”), each a privately-owned Michigan based company primarily focused on assembling high quality propane trucks for leading fuel distributors across the U.S. The acquisition was first announced on March 13, 2015.
