Apollo Education (APOL) Beats on Earnings, Enrollment Dips – Tale of the Tape

Zacks

Apollo Education Group, Inc. (APOL) is the industry leader in the U.S. private education services sector. Apollo Education Group offers post-secondary career oriented programs to working adults through its subsidiaries, University of Phoenix (UOP) and Apollo Global. UOP is one of the most powerful brands offering programs in business, education and nursing through its eight colleges. Apollo Global has presence in six continents, including the United Kingdom, Mexico, Chile, Australia and South Africa.

Enrollments have been declining at UOP since 2010 due to lower demand and competitive pressures.
