NEW YORK, Jan. 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — The Board of Directors of Harry Silver Housing Company voted unanimously to bring back Marion Scott Real Estate, Inc. (MSI) to manage the Brooklyn cooperative. The Board of Directors of Harry Silver asked MSI to take over management from First Residential.

MSI successfully managed Harry Silver, the first Mitchell Lama development in New York, from 2011-2013. During this time, the company was able to secure HCR supervision, site security for the first time in years, and two large capital grants from the city.
