TORONTO, Sept. 24, 2014 /CNW/ – Orchid Capital Partners Corp., an Ontario corporation 100% owned by Robert W. C. Becher, announces that it has acquired beneficial ownership of 1,000,000 common shares of Everfront Ventures Corp. (“Everfront”) through an acquisition in the public market at a price per share of $0.05. Immediately following the transaction, Orchid Capital Partners owned an aggregate of 1,000,000 common shares of Everfront, or approximately 18.2% of all issued and outstanding common shares of Everfront as at September 23, 2014.

The common shares were acquired for investment purposes. Subject to any escrow restrictions, Orchid Capital Partners Corp. may from time to time acquire additional securities of Everfront, dispose of some or all of the existing or additional securities he holds or will hold, or may continue to hold his current positions.
