CLERMONT, Fla., Sept. 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — UltiMobile LLC, a leading provider of handset software customization, announced today that it was recently acquired by SectorSeven LLC in an all cash transaction. UltiMobile has previously operated as a unit of Quality One Wireless.

Since 2011, UltiMobile has provided regional and prepaid carriers device software customization, device management and provisioning services. Its engineering group develops unique boot animations, home pages, applications and other features all with the carrier’s network settings and regional defaults. Once these programs are developed, UltiMobile packages the firmware and provides the necessary tools for mass production.
