Former online customers of Biad Chili Products can now order through www.hatch-green-chile.com while residents of the Las Cruces area will be served out of our new location at 3920 West Picacho Ave. The new owners, Preston and Elaine Mitchell, will continue to offer the same high quality green chile products that customers of Biad Chili were acustomed to as well as world class service.

The Hatch Chile Store has served the online market for Hatch Chile for over 10 years and previously did business under the name Berridge Farms. The business is based in Hatch, NM and will open its first retail location in Las Cruces in mid August as soon as the green chile season begins.
