The Pension Company, one of industry’s founding companies, has been involved exclusively since 1978 in providing structured settlements for injured parties. Brant Hickey & Associates, established in 1982, is a leading nationwide structured settlement company that specializes in the structuring of complex personal injury claims settlements. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Machir has joined Pension Brant Hickey after a 25-year tenure as Senior Vice President & National Marketing Director of Ringler Associates, Inc. Prior to joining Ringler Associates, he co-founded JMW Settlements in Washington, DC, where he served as CEO for six years. He also has served two terms as President of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association (NSSTA). Machir will lead Pension Brant Hickey and will oversee all aspects of national marketing for the company.
