Ryland Homes’ New Luxury Community in MD

Zacks

Ryland Homes, Inc. (RYL) recently introduced a new luxury community of townhomes called Crown in Gaithersburg, MD. Prices of these city-inspired townhomes start from $500’s onward.

The townhomes at Crown will feature Leesburg and Middleburg floorplans, which accommodate 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half baths, 1-car garage, an open kitchen, a rear deck, and an owner’s suit with a walk-in closet and luxury bathroom. The community includes an activity center with swimming pool, sports courts, grills and outdoor living areas.

Earlier this month, Ryland Homes announced the start of a new community of townhomes and luxury single family homes at Brick Yard Station in Laurel, MD.

The luxury single family homes at Brick Yard Station offer Seneca floor plan along with a 2-car garage, a morning room and gourmet kitchen. The homes can also be designed according to the Millbrook floor plan depending upon the buyer’s preference, which includes an owner’s suite with dual walk-in closets, vanities, an enclosed water closet and a soaking tub and shower.

Though interest rates have started increasing lately, they are still below historical levels and housing is still affordable. In addition, accelerating job growth and increasing consumer confidence are also boosting the demand for new homes. In order to cater to the increasing demand, Ryland Homes is investing heavily in building homes.

Ryland Homes carries a Zacks Rank #5 (Strong Sell).
