LOS ANGELES, March 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — StationDigital, Inc. (the “Company”), an LA-based Internet radio and digital broadcast platform provider, today announced it has acquired a controlling interest in Alarming Devices, Inc. (OTC Pink: ALDV), a development-stage home and commercial wireless alarm system provider, from Steel Pier Capital Advisors. The acquisition is subject to completion of payment and the Merger of the Company into ALDV.

The deal gives StationDigital 91 percent ownership in the Nevada-based alarm company that plans to distribute its products through U.S. dealers, resellers and independent alarm installers. StationDigital CEO and Founder Tim Roberts will immediately assume the role of CEO at Alarming Devices. The merger is expected to be complete by the end of May.
