Blayze Cofounders Ben Smith and Bennett Neale Joining Vobile to Expand Los Angeles Market Presence and Accelerate New Business

SANTA CLARA, Calif., March 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — Vobile, the worldwide leading provider of video and audio content identification, analytics and management services, announced today the acquisition of Blayze, a YouTube analytics and content marketing startup launched in 2012 through venture fund MuckerCapital.

With the acquisition of Blayze, the addition of executives with YouTube industry experience, and its advanced analytics technology, Vobile is poised to quickly achieve significant market share in the growing content rights management business.

Mr. Smith is an early Google and YouTube employee, and was YouTube’s first staff member based in Los Angeles.
