of CONSULTEM, an IT consulting firm based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
This transaction will enable the ALTEN Group to strengthen its presence
in the Quebec market, which it recently entered in 2013 through its
subsidiary, ALTEN Canada. IJW Management Inc. acted as the exclusive
M&A adviser to CONSULTEM and Blue HF was the legal adviser. BCF acted
as legal adviser to ALTEN Canada.

CONSULTEM (www.consultem.com) provides IT consulting services such as project management and
business intelligence to medium, large, and multinational corporations.
The Company provides its expertise in managing IT projects and has a
proven track record of successfully delivering quality services and
personnel.
