(“Arrow”) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, BluMont Capital Corporation (“BluMont”), has come to an agreement to sell the management agreements, pending unit holder and regulatory approval, for the following funds: the Exemplar Global Infrastructure Fund, the Exemplar Timber Fund and the Exemplar Global Agriculture Fund (the “Funds”), all sub-advised by Capital Innovations LLC, to Sprott Asset Management LP. The Funds will continue to be sub-advised by Capital Innovations LLC during and after the transition period.
