Strategic Purchase Drives Potential for Growth in Texas Oil and Gas Market and Beyond

SAN ANTONIO, Feb. 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — Itsa Energy announced it was acquired by the ownership group of Flow Data, effective February 3, 2014. The acquisition strategically positions Itsa and Flow Data to support expansion of upstream and midstream service and solutions capabilities in the Texas oil and gas market. The alliance enhances both companies’ existing abilities to drive service and automation-technology as a total solution.

Itsa Energy was born from the vision of founder, Joseph Rose who believed producers would benefit from having a single-source for technology design, process management, and service operations. Itsa Energy specializes in addressing the service needs of small to large producers supporting upstream and midstream automation, corporate systems, and enterprise solutions for oil and gas production and related operations.
