Leading telecom carrier, AT&T, Inc. (T) has been ranked as the top wireless service provider in Indianapolis as per the RootMetrics wireless network performance study. The ranking was based on overall network performance with regard to call, text and mobile Internet performance.

We believe the carrier’s recognition as the top performing carrier would not only strengthen its foothold in the U.S. but also enable customer accretion at an accelerated rate.

AT&T’s focus on its project VIP, which targets business expansion has helped the company gain significant popularity, driving it to the top spot in wireless performance. In addition, the company is also seeking to expand its fiber network to 1 million additional customer locations by 2015. This project underlines the company’s efforts to meet the growing demand for high-speed Internet. We believe that this investment program will provide AT&T with a high-potential growth platform for revenues and earnings.

Further, AT&T boasts the best Internet speeds in the industry as it is the only U.S. carrier that provides 4G network through both Long Term Evolution (LTE)and High-Speed Packet Access Plus (HSPA+) technologies.AT&T’s LTE network serves asthe benchmark of mobile technology and the life-blood for operators across the world.
