Tyler & Company officially joined Jackson Healthcare on December 1, 2013. Like Jackson Healthcare’s other companies, Tyler & Company will continue as an independently run firm. J. Larry Tyler will continue in his role as chairman and CEO. Dennis J. Kain will remain president.
