WASHINGTON, Nov. 22, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ — China Minzu Securities Co., Ltd. recently announced its merger with government owned Founder Securities, Ltd. The combined company, China Minzu Founder, LLC, will be the third largest diversified financial services company in China, marking the first significant private investment in a large Chinese government-owned financial services company.

With this merger, China Minzu Founder, LLC is taking a significant leadership role in reforming the financial services industry in China, better positioning itself to compete in a worldwide market and participate in international economic decisions.

China Minzu Founder, LLC will be a privately managed, partially government-owned subsidiary of the Founder Group, a RMB 62 million net income, 35,000 employee government-owned diversified company. The company’s principal businesses include insurance, investment banking, trading and wealth management.
