Lately, The Interpblic Group of Companies, Inc. (IPG) has been the focus of attention due to its multiple award wins over the last few months. Most recently, McCann Health, a unit of Interpublic, was named Healthcare Agency Network Of The Year at the 2013 Global Awards, held in New York & Sydney. The award was granted to McCann under the category —The World's Best Healthcare & Wellness Advertising company. McCann won 3 Global Awards and 23 Finalist Certificates at the ceremony. Many of McCann Health’s offices across the globe were honored, including its office in Australia, China, Singapore, Japan, U.K and U.S.
McCann Health is an operating unit of Interpublic’s subsidiary McCann Worldgroup. McCann Worldgroup is a leading global marketing company catering to advertising, digital marketing/relationship management, event marketing/promotion, consulting/design and public relations services, among others.
2013 has proved a successful year for McCann Worldgroup, with numerous award wins for the company. Last month, McCann Worldgroup received the “Agency Network of the Year” award for the Eastern Europe region at Golden Drum's 20th Annual Awards. Moreover, in September, the company was honored with the title of "Network of the Year" for the Asia-Pacific region at the Spikes Asia Festival of Creativity in Singapore.
