SEATTLE, Oct. 24, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Teris LLC today announced that its California and Washington offices have been acquired by Inventus, Inc., a leading Discovery Management Practice to global law firms, Fortune 1000 corporations and government agencies. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The combined business will immediately be one of the largest providers of end-to-end eDiscovery (EDD) services and solutions in the nation with a coast-to-coast geographic footprint.
