assets of Advantex Express Inc. as well as the shares of its two U.S.
entities, Advantex Express, Inc. and Andina Group International, Inc.
(collectively “Advantex”), Livingston’s CEO, Steve Preston, announced
today.

“With the acquisition of this transportation services and customs
brokerage firm, Livingston is further expanding its Canadian and U.S.
freight forwarding and brokerage operations, while giving us additional
ground freight audit capabilities,” said Preston. “I am pleased that
