D&S Community Services announces the acquisition of Guardian Community Living

NASHVILLE, Tenn., Sept. 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — D&S Residential Services, LP has tapped into one of the Southeast’s prominent players in the field of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities acquiring Guardian Community Living, LLC and Guardian Community Living – Kentucky, LLC. The acquisition added three new Tennessee offices in Nashville, Jackson, and Memphis and introduced D&S to Kentucky by adding two new offices in Morehead and London.

Financial details of the acquisition weren’t disclosed, but the acquisition is expected to result in annual revenues of over one hundred million.

D&S has been serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities for over 22 years and now serves over 1900 individuals in Texas, Tennessee and Kentucky.
