LAS VEGAS, Sept. 27, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — U-Haul Moving and Storage of Oso Blanca, located at 8525 Oso Blanca Road, Las Vegas, Nev. is now open for business. The three-story facility is offering more than 77,055 square feet of net rentable space, formerly Storage One, is now home to U-Haul.

The U-Haul site is located off of U.S. 95 and stands on a 2.94-acre lot. The facility features 730 self-storage rooms, of which 675 are air-cooled storage, with an additional 36 parking spaces for RV, vehicle or boats. Customers who rent a U-Haul moving van, trailer or U-Box portable moving and storage pod for a one-way move can receive one month of free storage before or after their move.

U-Haul Moving and Storage of Oso Blanca has been transformed to meet the needs of the do-it-yourself customer. The self-storage rooms are individually alarmed with electronically controlled access to rooms 24/7. No deposit or administration fees, free online account management, free use of loading carts, and package signing and receiving are just a few of the additional services to be offered at this new location.

The Oso Blanca facility will be selling a wide variety of environmentally friendly packing supplies: boxes made out of recyclable materials, 100 percent biodegradable packing peanuts and moving pads made from recycled denim.
