(“Bachoco” or “the Company”) (NYSE: IBA; BMV: Bachoco), Mexico’s leading producer and processor of poultry and other food products, announced today that it reached an agreement to acquire the breeding assets in Arkansas of Morris Hatchery Inc., a U.S. company.
