Industrial gas giant Air Products (APD) has launched a new microsite that exhibits its advanced cryogenic technologies that use the exclusive properties of liquid nitrogen and provide simple, cost-effective methods of cooling for a wide range of applications.
Air Products’ liquid nitrogen solutions microsite is designed to aid the chemical, pharmaceutical, and life science industries to identify solutions for different low-temperature process challenges.
Air Products' microsite provides information relating to its cryogenic cooling technologies. The microsite provides information on technologies including PolarFit reaction cooling solution, used for fast, precise, flexible, economical cooling of advanced synthesis reactions; PolarFit grinding and milling, used for high-quality, ultra-fine particles with uniform distribution and high yields; and PolarFit process cooling, which offers customized cooling solutions that increase productivity and quality.
In addition, the microsite will also provide information regarding cryo-Condap solvent recovery, cryogenic cooling for lyophilization and cryopreservation solutions technologies.
Air Products is expected to cater to the specific application requirements of chemical, pharmaceutical, and life science companies by identifying the most efficient process cooling solution that would benefit the companies in enhancing their productivity with reduced environmental impact.
Liquid nitrogen falls within Air Products’ complete range of industrial gases with a variety of delivery options, specially designed to match each customer's needs. Air Products provides traditional bulk liquid and gas supply along with PRISM on-site gas generation systems for larger volume users. For small volume customers the company provides CryoEase microbulk solution – a substitute to cylinder supply that eliminates the hassle of cylinder handling.
