Jay’s Moving & Storage Ltd. (“Jay’s” and/or the “Company“). Jay’s has been in business since 1964 and is a recognized leader in
the Saskatchewan less-than-truckload transportation business. The
Company will operate as an indirectly, wholly-owned subsidiary of
