Argus acquires Jim Jordan & Associates LP, expands presence in the global petrochemicals market

HOUSTON, May 31, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Global energy and commodity price reporting agency Argus today announced the acquisition of Jim Jordan & Associates (JJ&A), a provider of price reporting and market intelligence to the methanol and transportation fuels markets.
JJ&A was founded in 2003 by Jim Jordan and Marybeth Maloy Gebauer, both of whom are widely regarded in the petrochemicals industry for their experience and expertise. In addition to weekly pricing and market information on methanol and transportation fuels, JJ&A provides single and multi-client studies and access to the firm’s experts.
