NEW YORK, May 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — American Realty Capital Properties, Inc. (“ARCP” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: ARCP) and CapLease, Inc. (“CapLease”) (NYSE: LSE) announced today they will host a conference call and webcast to discuss the recent announcement that both companies have signed a definitive merger agreement under which ARCP will acquire all of the outstanding shares of CapLease in a transaction valued at approximately $2.2 billion. The call will take place on Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. E.T. Nicholas S. Schorsch, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Brian S.
