Craig Wireless acquires additional spectrum rights in New Zealand from Kordia Limited

RANCHO MIRAGE, CA, April 11, 2013 /CNW/ – Craig Wireless Systems Ltd. (“Craig Wireless” or the “Company“) (TSX: CWG) is pleased to announce today that its wholly owned
subsidiary, Craig Wireless New Zealand Spectrum Operations Ltd., has
acquired management rights for an additional 35 MHz in the 2.3 GHz
range in New Zealand from Kordia Limited, a New Zealand based
telecommunications corporation for aggregate consideration of
NZ$2,200,000.

closed on through our subsidiary Woosh Wireless (NZ) Limited evidences
our enterprise’s continuing commitment to the New Zealand market. We
