(“MTLEP“), formerly a wholly-owned subsidiary of MTL Holdings, Inc. (“MTLHI“), a holding company within the Mutual Trust Financial Group. As required by the stock purchase agreement the firm is now doing business as Brooklight Place Securities, Inc. (“BPSI“)
