Wellaho’s Personalized Outpatient Management System^TM – currently deployed in a number of clinical studies at UC San Diego Health Services – is a physician-directed, web-based and mobile platform that allows providers to supervise and monitor patients between office visits in a secure, HIPAA compliant environment, while enabling patients to access their medical information, monitor their condition, stream relevant educational materials and connect securely to their doctors and healthcare team.
