DALLAS, Jan. 2, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — J-W Power Company is pleased to announce the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Enerven Compression LLC and Worldwide Energy Solutions Co. LLC (WESCO).

The Seller has over 400 natural gas compression packages (175,000 total horsepower) located primarily in the mid-continent and Barnett Shale regions. The company has five (5) field offices and a very successful third party maintenance, repair and refurbishment business.
